The experts at FinancesOnline were especially impressed with the modular access to various functionalities either using a tile menu or navigating through a dropdown or drill down option. The choice is left to the user preference with additional options to change the look and feel of the interface based on the organization, a flexibility that no other vendor in the market provides. The use of various calculation builders, in addition to being able to accommodate complex business rules, adds to the flexible characteristics of the solution. We were also distinguished with the Rising Star 2016 for the HR software category. The review team really appreciated the various types of time collection, available as either a hosted SaaS or on premise solution, and the integrated scheduling capabilities that few other vendors have. This provides StarGarden’s customers the added benefit of not using third party solutions for scheduling, which is usually the case.
